EXCHANGING OR RETURNING
Exchanging or returning is always possible without having to know the reason (although we would naturally like to hear it if a product does not meet your expectations).
You have 14 days to exchange or return an ordered product in new and unused condition with the original packaging.
If we receive a damaged return, we cannot give you a refund.
Fates does not charge shipping costs.
In general, we use POST.NL and DHL to send packages.
We recommend that you use this. That way you and we can never get into trouble if a package is not received.
The risks of sending back are for you. You therefore pay the costs for returning a product yourself. We will bear the costs for resending a product.
Why are the return costs charged?
We pay the shipping costs for you, so ordering and shipping is completely free. If you want to return, we think it is fair to pay the shipping costs yourself.
How long does it take to get my money back if I return a product?
Of course we do this as soon as possible, but at the latest within 4 weeks after we have received the product back in good condition.

What do I do if I want to exchange for a cheaper or more expensive product?
If a product is cheaper, then of course you will get the difference in price back.
If a product is more expensive, we will ask you for an additional payment.
We will then contact you by e-mail or call you.
Of course you can always call us for consultation or questions.
